Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. You may return any product purchased on www.freesugarpro.com in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date. Please contact us at [email protected] to request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
The return authorization number must be included with your returned product.
Once you receive an RMA, please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking number so we can track your return. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You must return the product to the address provided within 14 days of receiving the RMA to be eligible for a refund.
Returned products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for only partial refunds (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 60 days after purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
